This Privacy Policy describes how Victus Wealth Management ("we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through the Money Date mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Questions? Email

2. Information We Collect
We collect only what you choose to provide:Your first name and your partner's name (entered during setup)Your email address (only if you voluntarily submit it in the App)We do not collect financial account data, passwords, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:Operate and improve the AppSend occasional emails if you opted in to hear from us.
4. Data Storage
Your app data is stored locally on your device. If you use the optional household sync feature, your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Push Notifications
With your permission, we may send reminders for your monthly Money Date session and action item follow-ups. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
